JM Excavating Inc. was founded in 2020 with a straightforward goal: build a name that homeowners, builders, and developers across southern Maine can rely on for generations. From the start, we focused on doing the work right, communicating clearly, and showing up when we say we will.

That means we handle the full scope of site preparation, from clearing and grading to utilities and final site work, so builders can move forward with confidence.
